Rockland Repeater Association
Who we are
The RRA has a membership of more than 190 hams, young and old, men and women, from all walks of life. Our club's main purpose is to provide superior VHF and UHF FM regional communications for our members, and to provide reliable communications for the public benefit.
Most of our equipment is located in Orangetown, Rockland County, New York, overlooking the Tappan Zee Bridge. In addition, we have one repeater located in Harriman, Orange County and another in Wurtsboro in Sullivan County. Also, there are many satellite receivers strategically located to provide adequate coverage within Rockland and the surrounding region.
